I just found an ad by a doctor a DR Karickhoff, He says at his office this laser is used all the time. This procedure does not break it up into hundreds of smaller floaters. If this sounds OK to you go to WWW.eyefloaters.com I did and I will go to his office as soon as I can.

Note that generally only particular types of floaters are suitable for laser surgery - namely large and dense ones. If you have a PVD it will increase your chances of having a successful laser surgery.
However, Dr. K and Dr. Geller have both operated on "non-suitable" floaters that have yielded a good result.
