I talked about my problem to an old friend. He told me his father is in the eye-business, and has really good contacts from all over the world. He's not a doctor or surgeon, but he's a vice-president in some company that's situated in the optical-sector ... don't ask any details . Well I got a message his father knew somebody who could help my floaters. There's a doctor in a hospital (called "Middelheim") in Belgium (situated in Wilrijk, Antwerp), who's world-famous for doing vitrectomy's. To be honest I never heard of him. His name is Dr. Claes. Just wanted to share this with you ... I'm not going to visit him in the near future. I've visited 4 doctors in a month time, and the last (and best educated imho) gave me some good hoop, so I'm holding on that one . If the floaters still bother me in a (couple of) year(s) ... perhaps I will visit him.
